Booking information

General terms and conditions of business

Check-in/Check-out 

Check-in: from 16.00; Check-out: by 9.00
If you need a later check-in after 19.00, or individual members of your party will arrive later, please arrange this with the Walser family (by email). We unfortunately have to apply a charge for late arrivals not notified to us (particularly if you do not arrive on the day booked).
Room preference
When you make a booking, we cannot guarantee the storey or the colour . We will happily take your wishes into consideration, and make every effort to meet them.

Payment/Booking terms
Once you have made a confirmed booking, we will ask you to pay a net deposit of €200 per person. Exception for technical reasons:  Online reservation 40%. By reservation we charge a Reservation fee Euro 20,--. If we dont get the deposit on time, we have to cancel the reservation and charge an amount Euro 100,-- per sleepingroom.

We will send you our bank account details once you have made a written reservation by email or fax. The remaining amount is payable by bank transfer one week prior to arrival, or on the day of arrival. When you check into our apartments, we will ask you to pay a deposit of € 200. This will be returned to you on your day of departure following the property inspection.

Internet
We provide free WiFi throughout the aparthotel, or you can also have personal internet access just for your group/family at €7.50 per day (provided that there are still devices available)
Smoking

Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the entire property. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony or in front of the property. There will be a charge for cleaning costs if you fail to comply.

Parking
There are two free parking spaces available per apartment (4-person apartment) or three parking spaces (6-person apartment). There is a charge of €10.00 per day for additional parking spaces. 

Ski passes
VIP ski passes are available at our reception, saving you unnecessary waiting time at the lift station. Please pay for your ski passes in cash.

Cancellations/Partial cancellations/Travel insurance
Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by Chasa Valletta. Payment for cancellations up to 1 month in advance: 40%, from 30 days prior to arrival: 90%, 7 days prior to arrival (no-show): 100%. Should we be able to rent the apartement/room again, we charge a processing fee Euro 100,-- per room

We recommend that you take out trip cancellation insurance which you can arrange here. We can also arrange your insurance for you. If you arrive later or depart sooner, you will nevertheless be charged the full price for the length of stay you booked.

Change of persons/Change of bedlinen/Visitors
Changes to the people staying (change of bedlinen) are not possible during your booked stay!
Changes with respect to the number of people (incl. children) must be agreed in writing with the Walser family min. 1 week prior to arrival. We can unfortunately not permit individuals not included in the booking to come for organisational and security reasons.
Visitors from other hotels or outside are not permitted in the apartments.

'Sub-letting' of the holiday apartments is not permitted.

Final cleaning/Waste

is included in the price. If additional cleaning is required, a charge of €150 will be made.
For the waste disposal during the week and towel change we enter the apartement. Damage have do be paid before departure.

Our General Terms and Conditions take precedence over those of the Austrian Hotel Industry!
